How long does an epoxy garage floor last?
A properly installed epoxy floor can last well over 10 years with maintenance. Sydney's climate can be harsh on bare concrete, but our UV-stable coatings are engineered to handle the heat, humidity, and sun exposure typical of the region.
How long does installation take?
Depending on the size and condition of the garage, the typical process takes two days from start to completion. If more time is needed, we take the time required to ensure the floor is prepared and finished properly.
What colours and finishes are available?
Our unique Garage Blend range offers choices for all environments and colour schemes. From timeless colours that stay current to something more distinctive for your space, there's an option to suit every garage. The decorative flake finish also helps maintain its appearance over time, with colour holding up better than many traditional painted floor coatings.

Do your garage floors chip & crack?
On their own, our coatings don’t typically chip or crack. If cracking does appear, it is more often related to new slabs that have not fully settled or underlying movement in the concrete. During assessment, we can identify signs that future movement may be likely and advise you if any concerns are present.
How long before we can use the garage again?
After our work is completed, you can walk across the floor and start moving items back in after 2 days. Cars should stay off the floor for the full 7 day curing period.
What is the best way to keep our floor clean?
Cleaning is quite easy & in residential areas, nothing stronger than warm soapy water & a pH neutral detergent. If maintained diligently & consistently, you will add life to your floor.
If stubborn stains or marks appear, a soft bristle brush with a detergent is a good start or possibly a mild paste like Gumption.
Do you do slip-resistant finishes?
Yes — we can add grip options while keeping the finish looking clean and professional.
What warranty do you offer?
Every installation is backed by our workmanship warranty, plus the manufacturer's product warranty. Upon job completion, we'll also send you our care brochure with simple maintenance guidance to keep your floor looking its best.
Do you do one-day installs?
No, because one-day installs suit the installer's schedule, not your floor. The fast-cure coatings that make them possible (polyaspartics, polyureas) rely on a very short bonding window. On a properly prepped substrate that's fine, but rushing prep to hit a one-day deadline is how floors end up peeling in sheets months later.
There's also the fumes. These products can cause real discomfort — dizziness, nausea, respiratory irritation — and despite potential "24-hour dissipation" claims, the odour can linger in the walls and plasterboard for much longer.
Speed matters for a commercial kitchen or hospital corridor that can't afford downtime. It's not worth the trade-off for your garage. We take the time your floor actually needs, so it doesn't need doing twice.
